🍊 ORANGE BLOSSOM HONEY

Produced from the fragrant white flowers of the sweet orange tree, Citrus sinensis, this delicate honey is harvested during the brief February and March citrus bloom in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.

It has a light straw-to-extra-light-amber color, clean sweetness, gentle floral flavor and slightly fruity aroma reminiscent of fresh orange blossoms.

The honey was tested for methyl anthranilate—a naturally occurring aromatic compound associated with citrus blossoms and used as a chemical marker when evaluating citrus honey’s floral origin.

Pair it with tea, yogurt, fresh fruit, mild cheeses, desserts and cocktails.

🌸 MEXICAN WILDFLOWER HONEY

This richly golden honey comes from the diverse spring blooms of Mexico’s Altiplano Central.

Bees forage across a changing landscape where high-altitude desert flowers meet the more tropical vegetation of the lower river valleys. Nectar from these many naturally occurring blooms creates a dark golden-to-light-amber honey with a clean aroma and mild, fresh floral flavor.

Pair it with biscuits, toast, oatmeal, marinades, glazes—or enjoy it straight from the spoon.
