Refund & Return Eligibility

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on perishable items (e.g., honey, skincare, or food-related products) for safety and health reasons.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
  • Unused and Unopened Items: If you wish to return an unused and unopened non-perishable product (e.g., beeswax candles, wraps, or accessories), you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Situations
