1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- We offer one shipping option at this time- standard shipping
- Exact delivery times depend on the shipping carrier, method selected at checkout, and your location.
- Shipping times will be estimated at checkout before you place your order.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping may be available for orders over $100. (if applicable at the time of purchase).
- Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or additional fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time-frame, please check your tracking number and contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, contact us at shelby@honeymoonfarmstx.com
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, Honey Moon Farms is not responsible for reshipping costs.
7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
